Your card will be charged once your booking is confirmed. For bookings made through our website will follow according to type of payment you choose, if with online travel agents, the payment process follows their system’s terms and timing.
To confirm your reservation, a 10% deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit secures your booking and is deducted from your total balance at check-in.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival are eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy.
